Our Story
Wade Reeves got his first taste of the RV industry in 1982, dedicating the following 26 years to RV customer service.
Starting out just cleaning RVs at the age of 18 at a dealership in the Green Country area, Wade quickly realized his calling. RVs became his passion, as he devoted 23 consecutive years to giving exceptional customer service, contributing greatly to numerous company awards, and receiving multiple certifications while advancing his knowledge with continuous education. But through the years, Wade envisioned a dream to develop his own RV business. This has enabled him to implement ideas, perform quality repairs and strive for a level of customer service like no other...and never stop!
Wade’s customers are family, having shown amazing support from day one. Most of Wade’s RV Clinic employees have worked with Wade 5 years or longer, and know his expectations for quality, integrity, and honesty. Several members of Wade’s family, including his wife and daughters, also work with him. This allows his business to feel like home for every customer that walks through the door!
The service department at Wade’s RV Clinic specializes in roof replacement and repairs, interior reconstruction and remodeling, and paint and exterior body work. Wade has a painter and carpenters on staff allowing him to perform jobs on site. The service department consists of 10 service bays, 2 of which are certified paint booths. February 2010 saw an expansion that now gives us a total of 14 RV service bays, and the ability to do ALL chassis and motor coach services.
In May 2008, Wade opened a 2,000 square foot parts and accessories store on site, from which we will gladly order and stock any items you request that are not already on hand. In June 2009, additional space was added to better serve our customers and work shop needs. In 2010, Wade's RV Clinic began offering RVs for rental! Our newest addition to services offered is the formation of "Wade's Full Service RV Repair", providing ALL motorized and chassis work and preventative maintenance with LIFETIME protection programs. This includes tires, climate control services, brake work, engine, transmission, power steering, cooling systems, driveline, fuel systems, batteries, and more! We now have the motor home lifts and RV diagnostic equipment needed to better serve you and your motorized needs!
Wade’s RV Clinic proudly offers indoor and outdoor RV and boat storage, and provides tenants with services and benefits other storage companies can’t match. Wade offers valet parking, RV prep for your next trip, and on-site access for repairs before you take your RV out again. The indoor storage bays are individually divided, monitored by exterior security cameras. 24 hour gate access is included. The outdoor storage parking lot is located at the rear of the adjoining property and is fully enclosed by fencing and may also be accessed 24 hours a day.
A 2,500 square foot building serves as the service and sales office, and is decorated on the inside like a beautiful log cabin to make every customer feel at home and relaxed. Being an avid RVer himself, Wade actually uses and tests the brands he sells, making him a true and knowledgeable RV dealer. Wade started out selling used and consignment RVs, taking the utmost care in deciding what units he would present on his lot. In February 2008, Wade took the leap into new RV sales, and brought in the affordable Kingsport travel trailers made by Gulfstream, which has proven to be a smart choice! He recently introduced the best selling Dutchmen brands to this area...Denali and Kodiak, to provide for the unique needs of each customer. We are excited about the success we've had and all the enjoyment our customers tell us they're having with newest technology available in these lightweight fifth wheels and travel trailers!
