Rules and Guidelines
- No Pets
- No smoking
- We do not provide a driver
- No same day rentals
- All drivers must be 25 years old
- Vehicle cannot leave the country
- # of people allowed in unit: depends on unit. Each passenger must have a seat belt.
- No cash deposits (keep copy of receipts with contract)
- Minimum 3 Days/2 Nights
- Free Orientation
- No towing allowed
- Charges include 4 people, additional charge for additional people

Customer does not leave the lot without one of the following in our possession:
- Binder from their personal insurance -OR- Proof of purchase from MBA Insurance
- * Verify all binder coverage or have a proof of purchase from MBA
- * Every driver must be listed on the binder or proof of purchase
If MBA is chosen, use the following forms:
- Rental Contract
- Addendum 1, 2 or 3 (depending on vehicle value)
- Credit card auth form (if paying by credit card)
- Motorhome driving instructions (keep signature page)
- Complete pre-rental investigation/checklist
If they choose their personal insurance, use the following forms:

- Clean out Black/Gray tank: $30.00
- Clean RV after use: $65.00
- Exterior wash RV after use: $65.00
- After hours drop off: $55.00
- Cancellation fee before 30 days: $200.00
- Cancellation fee within 30 days: $500.00
- 125 free miles per day - $.25 per mile after first 125 miles
- 5 free generator hours per day - $5.00 per hour after allowance used
- $7 per day for additional adults
- $5 per day for additional children
